Dating back to the end of the 18th century, 5 self catering stone cottages (Moustoir 1 to Moustoir 5) of this typical brittany farmhouse hamlet, now dedicated to brittany holidays, are placed around an authentic courtyard with a covered well. On the offside from the courtyard each one of the cottages has a private and intimate garden. Each cottage has its own drive way, and parking on the garden side.
The sixth property (Villa), more spacious and luxurious, is attached to the owner's house, and has also a private and calm garden, a private driveway on the garden side, a private entry on the terrace side, a private terrace, and a private parking.
Luxury mobile-homes (Mobil-home 1 + Mobil-home 2) : those 2 luxury mobile-homes are located behind the 5 self catering cottages, among a variety of red oaks, pine trees and maples. Each of them have a private and calm garden, a private driveway on the garden side, a private terrace, a private entry, and a private parking.
This brittany farmhouse complex, dedicated to brittany holidaying, being crowned by a superb swimming pool of 12m x 5m, heated at 27 °C, with a large terrace - about 140 m2 - complies with public health and safety standards and entirely surrounded by a secured protection wall. Open from the end of May to the end of September.
